Aventine Suite

Luxury Appartment

LOCATION
Considered for centuries the most aristocratic hill in Rome, the Aventine is like an island in the city context, surrounded by the green of the gardens, the silence of the cloisters and the beauty of churches and convents. Other places in Rome are also rich in memories of the past and monuments, but almost everywhere the noises of city traffic accompany us at every step, while walking along the Aventine the noises are muffled, the frenzy of hurrying seems to diminish and we it plunges into a more reflective dimension where it is almost possible to converse confidentially with the context that surrounds us. It is probably for these reasons that the Aventine is considered the hill of poetry. Many great poets, influenced by its beauty, have exalted its splendor in their works; even today, looking out from the terrace of Parco Savello, better known as the Orange Garden, one is always amazed to admire the incredible panorama of the city beyond the Tiber, from the Campidoglio to Trastevere and S. Pietro.
The most beautiful archaeological sites can be reached with a walk: Circus Maximus, the Bocca della Verità, the Palatine Hill, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum. The most beautiful Roman shopping streets can be reached both on foot and by public transport such as taxi, metro, bus.
